Terms and Conditions

This page, together with the documents specifically referred to herein, provides information about us and about the legal terms and conditions and restrictions under which we sell each of the products appearing on our website.

These terms and conditions shall apply to each contract between us, for the sale of products to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, and make sure that you understand them, before ordering products from our website. Please note that by ordering products from our website you agree to be subject to such terms and conditions and to all the provisions of the contract – these Terms and Conditions.

When placing an order through the website, you will be requested to confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you refuse to accept them, you will not be able to order products from our website. You may print a copy of these Terms and Conditions, or download them to your computer for future reference.

A little bit about us

B.N.Z.C. Trade Import & Distribution Ltd. is Dyson's official importer in Israel. The company was established in 1994 by Zvika Cohen, and it specializes in the importation and marketing of Dyson's products, and provision of services for them, in Israel.

Our Products

All the images appearing on the website are for illustration only. Even though we make every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer displays the products' colors accurately, and they may vary somewhat from the colors you see on the computer screen.

Even though we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements stated on our website may deviate by up to 2%.

The packaging of the products may be different from that displayed in the images contained on our website.

All the products displayed on our website are subject to availability. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we shall inform you via email as soon as possible, and you will not be charged for the product.

The process of ordering on the website

Our ordering process allows you to check for and correct any errors before sending the order to us. Please take your time in reviewing and checking the order, on each page, before sending your order.

After you place an order, you will receive an email message from us stating that "we confirm receipt of your order". However, please note that this does not mean that your order was accepted. Your order will only be accepted by our sending an email confirming that the products have been shipped to you. The contract between us will be formed only when we send you this confirmation of shipment.

If we are unable to supply a product to you, e.g. because the product is out of stock or no longer available, or because of a pricing error on our website (as explained below), we shall notify you via email, and not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we shall refund the paid amount as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the transaction within 14 days from receipt of the product. Written notice of the cancellation shall be sent by fax or mail, or by email to the customer service address indicated on the website. On cancellation of a transaction, other than as a consequence of any fault or nonconformity, or any other breach hereof, any payment shall be refunded within 14 days from receipt of your notice of cancellation, and the product shall be returned to us, at your expense.

On cancellation of a transaction as a consequence of any fault or nonconformity, or because of failure to supply the product on the stipulated date, or any other breach hereof, no cancellation fees shall be charged, any payment shall be refunded within 14 days from receipt of the notice of cancellation, and the product shall be returned at the company's expense. You must return the product, to the extent possible, in its original package. Under law, we shall be entitled to claim damages for any decrease in the value of the product. We shall deliver to you a copy of the notification of cancellation of the charge delivered to the credit card company.

You must also return any accessories or gifts received on purchasing the product. If you fail to do so, you shall be charged the value of such accessories. Please note that this agreement does not derogate from any legal rights available to you as a consumer with respect to the cancellation of a transaction.

Product Shipment

The ordered products shall be delivered to you after the shipping company's confirmation, on the estimated delivery date stated on you order, unless any event occurs which is outside our control. If we are unable to deliver the products on the estimated delivery date due to the occurrence of any event which is outside our control, we shall notify you of a new delivery date. 

The transaction shall be complete upon delivery of the products to the address provided to us by you. If you select the option of self-collection as your delivery option, please check customer service's reception hours.

Ownership of the products shall be transferred to you only upon receipt of full payment, including shipping fees.

A condition for delivery of the product is that you, or a person holding a power of attorney given by you, sign the delivery document. It should be emphasized that B.N.Z.C. does not guarantee that the products will be delivered on the stipulated delivery dates, if you reside in a locality with access difficulties, for security reasons. If you reside in such a locality, you have the option of collecting the products from a central location near your place of residence, to be agreed upon in advance.

In the event of delay in the delivery of the product, you shall have the option of either waiting to receive the product, or cancelling the transaction and being refunded for the entire amount, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.

Self-collection of products

If you choose the self-collection option, you may collect the product within 48 hours from the time of purchase, at 6 Odem St., Petah Tikva, Sundays-Thursdays between 9 AM and 4 PM, and on Fridays between 9 AM and 12 PM. In order to collect the product, you must provide the transaction number and the identifying particulars stated in your order.

Prices of the products

The prices of the products are as indicated on our website. We do everything required in order to ensure that the prices of the products are correct at the time of publication. However, if you discover an error in the prices of the products that you order, please notify us as soon as possible. Please note that the prices of the products do not include shipping fees, unless otherwise indicated.

Payment for the products

Payment must be made by means of one of the following cards: Isracard, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or through PayPal. All product payments and shipping fees must be paid in advance.

After you place an order for a product which is in stock, any amount up to the full value of the product shall be charged by BNZC and its payment partners to your card. Please note that we do not accept international or other cards other than those listed above.

We shall use your personal data only in accordance with our privacy policy. Please take the time to read it, as it contains important information applicable to you.

B.N.Z.C. and Dyson are required to ensure that your personal data is protected and not misused. In order to create better technology and a better experience, we collect data through the Dyson websites, or a Dyson App link. We protect this data carefully and handle it with discretion. For your peace of mind, we shall always inform you of the data you are sharing, and give you the option to delete or change the data you prefer not to share.

Your trust is important to us, and as our technology becomes more advanced, we shall continue to make your privacy top priority.


All the images, specifications and pages on this website are the exclusive and sole property of Dyson. Copying or using such materials may lead to legal action under law.
