    Accessible positions are available for service at the Reception Center
    There are identification and guidance signs
    There is a permit to enter to the Reception center for animals that assist a person with disabilities
    If necessary, the service representatives can be contacted at positions for assistance filling out forms

    Awareness among employees and providing practical tools for accessible service
    Accessible Call Center - Voicemail is accessed so that information is conveyed clear and unobtrusive language without background music
